Here we go!!!!

Just had a great Fuckin workout. Chest, tris, and delts plus a little ab work. Shoulders were a little stiff at first but after several warm-up sets good to go. ;)
 
Ok looking real lean this morning. I love when I wake up and all the extra water is out of me. Hehehehe anyway im gonna lower my liquidex dose and see if it makes a difference. Im holding a lot less bodyfat at the moment from when I started and bf is a cause for more water retension and alot of the aromatization process occurs there so im thinking im alot leaner already so maybe I won't need as much. It will be healthier for my cholesterol as well to lower it. Well, we'll see. If I start holding more water than I would like though im definately gonna bump it up again. So for now I will do 1 1/2mg eod. Hehehehe 1/2mg less than I was taking. ;)
 
Weighed 226 this morning. Only 3 pounds up but still :confused: :confused: I mean I did eat a little more carbs than usual yesterday and had some chocolate chip cookies but when I went to bed and woke up I actually looked much leaner today but not much fuller. Don't understand why I weighed a few pounds more. Water retension or water cell voluminazation. <-- Wonder if I spelled that right? Anyway went back to regular liquidex dose. Hehehe not as lean as I want to be yet. Today im giving myself a break from anything thermogenic. That includes my supplements and even tea or diet soda which has caffeine in it. Want my receptors to have a little break at least (one day though don't know how mych difference that actually makes) and just want to unwind a bit. Leg day tommorow. Rest day all day today ;) :p

Overall pleased with the results so far. Much much leaner but not as muscularly full as I want to be. Eating normal non-bodybuilding style all day though. Mostly healthy but including some more non-standard fattening foods as well as well as just larger portions. One day im sure won't hurt me. May help my metabolism a bit even.
 
So I decided to have another cheat day. My weight is about 228 when I woke up this morning. (my scale sucks) God it's too early in the morning :p Today no thermogenics will also be taken. Tommorow back to regular eating plan and thermogenic use. Also giving myself the day off again. Tommorow when im all glycogen filled I should have a great leg workout.
 
*Never tan on an inconsistent basis and then go in for a while. Never happened to me before but it happened now. My upper chest is all peeling and it's fuckin nasty. Great!! no tank tops for this week. :(

*For some reason I weigh around 230 on the scale this morning but look a whole lot leaner but still not as full muscular wise. Going back on fat burners today but still gonna eat a normal diet. Still based around a bb diet but can have the "other" foods I want as well. Maybe I was doing it a bit drastic. I still have a good 5-6 weeks til summer.

*Another note as bulky as I was when I started the diet I should have started in March so I could have a more gradual approach into it. This I already know but can't seem to grasp. Next time though I will look back and read this and know that is seriously the best. Hopefully I will follow it the next time around.

*Good learning experience. One that I have written down so I will remember as I have never written anything down really in the past and been consistent with it.
 
One more thing. Haven't been consistent with glutamine intake. Going to start taking again. 1 teaspoon at every d-bol dose and 1 extra post workout. That should help with overall cell voluminization.
 
Ok I definately need to start doing more cardio. Ran up and down my stairs for cardio a little bit ago and I have to say my cardiovascular ability sucks. Not good. I need to start doing more for overall conditioning and just for being healthy. Damn my legs got so pumped though. Im gonna stop training legs consistently for a while. My legs are my easiest bodypart to build anyway. Need to concentrate on improving my conditioning. I know this will help in my bodybuilding goals anyway for improved recovery not just in between workouts but in between sets and exercises as well.

*Just a reminder for future purposes for me.

Current drug and supplement regimen.

750mg sus/week
15mg d-bol ed split in 3 doses
2mg liquidex eod
2 dymetadrine extreme and 2 xenadrine (2 doses)
15-20 grams glutamine ed split in 3-4 doses
1 multi vitamin-mineral supplement ed split in 2 doses
1000mg vitamin c ed split in 2 doses
400mg vitamin e ed one dose
100% calcium supplement one dose
2 magnesium/calcium supplement split in 2 doses
2 cups of tea ed (preferably green tea- high anti-oxidant)
 
Adding 50mg proviron today in 2 seperate doses. First time trying it. Hopefully the extra androgens will help in the overall burning of bodyfat and for increasing muscle hardness as well as for it's slight extra anti-aromatise effects. ;)

Diet will be more gradual. Still eating fairly normal (trying to build some LBM instead of just maintaining it at this point while still burning off excess bf) but making sure to cut out carbs and higher fatty foods as bedtime approaches.
 
Had a great back, biceps, forearms and abs workout today. Felt real strong and energetic the whole time. Also happy to report that about some new vascularity that has appeared on my arms. It's a big deal to me because im not naturally really vascular and especially when im all bulked up. Since im getting leaner now they are showing quite nicely. Hehehe. :p
