Only 265 bro. :bawling: once im better again gonna do a set or two of hyperextensions before bent over rows. Feeling better today. Did take 5 advils yesterday though and 5 again today.
 
Lower back is much better. Thank God. Still sore but everything is getting better. Going back to gym tommorow. Been since Sat. :(
Shoulders are getting better too. I don't know if ut's healing just because I haven't been to the gym or because of the deca or both. Still, glad everything is good to go. ;)
 
Note to self. Bi shots never again. This is my second and last time. No more. Ohhh well. Anyway diet is going good and im leaning out faster than expected. Than again my diet is pretty much on the extreme side. Very harsh. I think im gonna have a little splurge day tommorow though to amp up my metabolism and help fill me out.
 
Cheated yesterday but didn't feel to good doing so. I guess my body has gotten used to plain food. Couldn't even finish all of it. Anyway was thinking of not taking any d-bol anymore but I decided to continue with it. Only took one yesterday though. :( Anyway back to 3 tommorow. Also purchased calcium tabs due to not taking any more milk products and bought lactaid in case I do have any milk products once in a while.

*note to self again, no more bi shots. All red and sore today even more. ONLY DID 1/2 CC!!!! Anyway I will stick with the pecs, delts, and tris still though. 1/2 cc for each and for each side. ;)
 
Felt real flat at the gym yesterday. :( Then again worked out really late but still. I think im gonna up calories and carbs just a bit. Doing it a little too extreme.
 
DIETING SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!! My body has actually gotten used to it but still. Just needed to vent. Damn im looking a hell of a lot better too. I will definately have a decent 6 pack by May 1. By my 21st B-day in June I will be good to go. Cesar, you and Ed said it couldn't be done. That it was too fast. Hehehehe watch my friend. You seen me just after 2 weeks of the diet and noticed a significant improvement. Give me til May and then June. ;) ;) ;) ;)
 
Woke up just about a half hour ago. Weighed myself at 225 pounds. Im looking a hell of alot leaner. I feel really good to. Thank God im fixing this bad sleeping pattern I have. Hopefully it stays good like this, especially now since it's warm and I want to be up for the sun and the beach. ;) Gotta train chest, tri's, delts and abs today. Going to incorporate moderate amounts of cardio starting next week. Im not very big on doing alot of cardio to get lean since I feel too much will take away from muscle.
