Just had the worst chest workout. It was humid today plus I didn't eat breakfast and just went to the gym on empty stomach but after drinking alot of water and taking my glutamine, fat burners and some vitamin C. We'll see if this method works well for me in taking off extra fat while still get stronger. Glutamine before the workout should help with it's anti-catobolic effect. Started fat burners again yesterday. Just one dose a day pre-workout for now. Gonna eat clean again to build quality mass. Up to 224 today.
