Its hard to say lad. If its already soft then perhaps in a week or 2 it should go away.

How much protein are you intaking? You don't need any more than 1.5-2g of protein per lb of body weight.
Perhaps add some bran to your diet.

Remember though that to much laxative can be negative as well.

My weight is 86kg (190b)... I was taking 90gr of protein (88%), 4eggs, and a 3-4 chicken fillets per day... I think its not too much, right?
 
Nope 90 grams of protien isn't much at all. Many diets consist of 40% protein, 40% Carbs, 20% Fat. ( if 40% protein is to much some move 10% of the protien over to carbs.)

I think you should be drinking more, specially if you're following a diet with about 5-6 meals and working out. Minimum 3-4 liters.
