im 5'11", 210, about 18% bf...i ened a few pointers on my diet and if anyone could help me add a meal...
AM Workout followed by PW shake
1st meal
2 eggs, oatmeal, 2 slices pastrami
2nd
peanuts, 1 can tuna
3rd
chicken patty, 2 slices whole wheat bread
4th
cottage cheese, 2 slices pastrami, 1 bread whole wheat bread
5th
tuna, soy bean
water throughout the day and lots of green veggies....i try to do a 40p/30c/30f ration, but unfortunetly never get the amount of grams i want by the end of the day...any advice would be helpful
