Vin01 - I e-mailed it to Bunny yesterday, most of the project is there BUT I was away from the boards/there was a computer glitch so some of it is missing /scrambled.

I think there are 10 weeks there.

Bunny & I are going to put together the entire project & post it here (this could take awhile - but we can let you know when it's finished)

Hitting each body part twice a week does sound like a lot...
This is the split I've used for years:

Monday--chest/shoulders/triceps
Wednesday--back/biceps
Friday--legs

Exactly what exercises I do and the number of sets/reps varies. I'm a mesomorph and I've been an athlete in a variet of sports all my life, so and I've never had to worry about putting on muscle mass, just maintaining it.
