HELP! Feeling Bloated + tired

Heloo everybody!

Ltely I'm feeling very bloated and tired too. I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. I eat cereal like oatmeal or toast with peanut butter, milk and maybe some meat and strawberry for breakfast. My lunch is veg. checken and dinner just fruti because I feel too bloated and tired all day. A little bit better when I leaves work but not really. What I'm doing wrong?
 
well for starters, simply fruit for dinner is not okay, dear..

lay out your exact meal plan, please, with times included, sizes also if possible.. as well as the liquids you're taking in (if you're taking in sodas, sweetened/unsweetened tea, etc)

and how is your training?
 
OK.

I eat breakfast in the morning. I have maybe a egg or cereal with milk and banana or blueberry. I have toast if I have egg, maybe peanut butter on toast and smoothie. I always have smoothie . Smoothie is yogurt and berry, and some whey powder. I eat this about 7 am. Lunch I have some turkey or meatloaf or chicken, spinach and some carrots or zucchini. That's about 12 or 1 pm. Then I'm not very hungry anymore. I eat a little fruit about 5 pm. No soad. No sweeteern. Sometimes a little honey but not much, not often. Only water. No coffee. Some herb tea only. Size? I don't know size but all adds up to about 1200 cals. I want to lose weight now. People say maybe allergix to milk but I dont think so. This is all of a sudden. I do feel much better today. Maybe gas? Or stress? What's that hormone? Oh, cortisul? Training, I got to gym and lift weights. I am new to that and my freidn shows me different exercise. Sometimes I do pushup and situp at home. Otherwise with my friend at the gym.
