Box Squats - 275 - 8X2*
Partial Deadlifts - 315 - 8X4*
Front Squats - 135 - 10X2

Low, low, low box. 2 inches below parallel. Slow, slow, slow down. Pause and explode! I am getting it and feeling it! SORE!
My box squats are finally where I want them and you guys will see next week.
I started partial deads every other week to start bringing up my back. As a result, my back training will be altered slightly. I will not perform deadlifts and partials in the same week. Never did partials until yesterday.
