I saw another post like this further down, and I was intrigued.... my photos were taken at the end of my last cutting phase (I know I wasn't TOO cut, but it kinda came to an end because I gave in and went back to bulking) and at this time, the so-called fat-monitor at the gym.... which was meant to be pretty accurate, clocked me at 16%.

See what you think. I don't think I was 16%. Disappointed if I was.

Don't worry bro, you're no where near 16%. I would say around 9%-10 at the max with the kind of definition you have in your abs

8.6 - 9.1%

Good job bro, I give you prpps for not being a fat motherfucker.....

... now time for bulkin up.

400 grams of protein a day for 6 months shall do tha trick.

Those pics were taken in May some time, I think.... I'm a lot fatter now.

And I've been trying endlessly to bulk up since I was like.... 16. Doesn't work too well.... I have terrible genetics for it. But I'm doing the best I can.

400g of protein? I doubt I'd be even getting 1g/lb of bodyweight nowadays.... can't afford supplements, and it's just not so easy for me to be eating that much food in my current situation.

if you cant afford supplements, try skim milk powder, in Australia its cheap as shit, tastes like it too but thats what being hardcore is about ;-)
about 30g protein, 50g carbs, 1g fat in 100g (which would normally make 1L of milk)
i buy 2kg of powder for AU$10.55
if anyone knows a serious reason not to use skim milk powder, please PM me because I am curious

your abs are lean and would say that you have approx 8-10mm of fat on your stomach(which is excellent)...nevertheless,your bf% isn't determined by the fat content on your stomach...how many sites were used for your examination?the more sites the more accurate...perhaps your back and legs contain a little more fat than expected, hence the higher total bf%...although it is possible that you were 16%,in this picture i would say 10%...but i'm only going by the picture you have provided and i am merely judging it from that...the calipers,in my opinion, would've been more precise(keeping in mind that a pro trainer was taking your sites)...

ps:abs look sharp in those pics...congrats.
