Guess THIS bodyfat.... please?

your abs are lean and would say that you have approx 8-10mm of fat on your stomach(which is excellent)...nevertheless,your bf% isn't determined by the fat content on your stomach...how many sites were used for your examination?the more sites the more accurate...perhaps your back and legs contain a little more fat than expected, hence the higher total bf%...although it is possible that you were 16%,in this picture i would say 10%...but i'm only going by the picture you have provided and i am merely judging it from that...the calipers,in my opinion, would've been more precise(keeping in mind that a pro trainer was taking your sites)...

ps:abs look sharp in those pics...congrats.

It was one of those totally stupid bodyfat monitor scales. I know they're crap.... I was just making sure, because I didn't feel like 16%.

This particular monitor supposedly works on sound waves.... like sonar. They send sound waves through your body and different tissue reflects different strengths of sound wave. Sounded like it could work to me, and I asked all the personal trainers at the gym and they said it was good and accurate.... but now I'm not so sure.

If you've read my previous posts about it, you'll see that I've studied a lot about methods of calculating bodyfat percentage when I was at uni.... but there wasn't such a thing as this sound wave scale back then, so I knew nothing about it. I can pretty confidently say it's a bunch of crap, though.

There's never any fat on my legs, and not too much on my ass.... I lose it from my abs last, so it's a sure sign that when it's gone from my abs, it's gone from my butt.

Thanks for the advice about the skim milk powder.... I had considered that in the past. But right now I'm dieting again and I believe milk has much lactose and isn't too good while dieting.

But next bulking phase, I'll give it a go.

Well, since most of you say I'm about 9-10% in those pics.... may I ask you go check out this pic?

It was taken at the end of the cutting phase before the last one. That would be, probably late November last year....

It was done 100% naturally without ANY supplements.

What do you think?

that pic demonstrates tight skin which would lead me to beleive you r in the neighborhood of 7-8%...quite an accomplishment for a natural...btw,the methos used to calculate your fat has got to be one of the biggest jokes around...those things are so innacurate it's not even funny...
