So I took the advice of a vet in my gym and kept my head up instead of looking down on my squats and it def helped me get more leverage with my hips, should be able to push through my sticking point no problem. Also starting to feel pretty lethargic from the beast as well, feel like I could just lay in bed all day lol, but strength gains are great with it tho
