I'd get some letro and start that asap if you're noticing signs of gyno

I had signs of an started blasting forma 10 am 10 pm, nearly through a bottle and it's gotten quite a bit worse (visibly went away when I had a pump, now there's always soft tissue there. Damn.). Just ordered some letro as a gamble and praying it gets through...
Just thought from all the reviews forma would help enough.. :( lol.

15min sauna

weighted in at 190lbs. No weight gain after one week of beast, but i'm taking into consideration that my last shot of deca was a week and a half ago so I know i'll be dropping some water as the esters clear. I'm also gonna increase my cals, gonna start downing milk like crazy. I def can feel the beastdol already, my strength is def increasing and i'm hardening up as well, and my aggression is up and this shit kills my temper too lol.
 
Good workout bro. On your deads are you using a mixed grip. That helps me a lot man. I dont use straps on my rack pulls...yet.

Man I'm keen to see if you get close to 400 deads.. Especially with beast and upping cals with milk and such..

U wanna use forma to help prevent gyno, only thing known to reverse signs is letro. Good luck bro
 
Hey bro. I've been following along the whole time, wanted to chime in and say NICE WORK.

Great numbers you're pulling, and the pics are looking great!

Just a little 2 cents on the tren cycle. Depending on how much Tren, I really think tren sides are directly related to how much test you're taking as well. I did very well with my sides on ace when I was doing 350 test/tren a week. I was doing 100mg tren EOD. I was sweaty as hell, but didn't really feel any insomnia. Make sure you drink tons and tons of water. As long as you got caber I don't think any libido side effects will be a problem running lower test. I'd think 500 test, 350-450tren would be fine, but I would save the higher test a week when not doing tren. Just my two cents though bro. Everyone is different, but if its your first time with tren, i'd ease into it with lower test at first and see how sides are.
