15min sauna
weighted in at 190lbs. No weight gain after one week of beast, but i'm taking into consideration that my last shot of deca was a week and a half ago so I know i'll be dropping some water as the esters clear. I'm also gonna increase my cals, gonna start downing milk like crazy. I def can feel the beastdol already, my strength is def increasing and i'm hardening up as well, and my aggression is up and this shit kills my temper too lol.
