honestly I'm not tracking calories but I'm taking probably 4,000-4,500...I basically eat enough that im uncomfortable all day lol. i probably get close to 1500 cals just at breakfast, this is what I have for breakfastGood Job Bro !!! yeah the head forward helps alot I find too ! how much u eating these days ??
2 eggs
1/2 c egg whites
shredded mozz cheese....dont know how much just dump it in my eggs lol
steak
3/4c oats
2 big spoonfulls anpb
1 sccop whey
1 slice toast
big ass glass of milk lol
then ill eat a few more meals with steak, salmon and chicken and pasta and throw down a couple colossal 100 bars or better protein bars which are about 4-500 cals a piece and i'll eat some dirty calories here and there too lol..probably drinking a half a gallon a day of 2% milk give or take too
