honestly I'm not tracking calories but I'm taking probably 4,000-4,500...I basically eat enough that im uncomfortable all day lol. i probably get close to 1500 cals just at breakfast, this is what I have for breakfast

2 eggs
1/2 c egg whites
shredded mozz cheese....dont know how much just dump it in my eggs lol
steak
3/4c oats
2 big spoonfulls anpb
1 sccop whey
1 slice toast
big ass glass of milk lol

then ill eat a few more meals with steak, salmon and chicken and pasta and throw down a couple colossal 100 bars or better protein bars which are about 4-500 cals a piece and i'll eat some dirty calories here and there too lol..probably drinking a half a gallon a day of 2% milk give or take too
 
Sounds great to me bro !! Yeah it's a big sacrifice eating so damn much , it's like a feeling that u gotta take a huge deuce all day lol , my shits are so huge they creep out of the toilet
 
Yeah I think I'll miss the strength gains for sure , but I think I used to eat like how I will when I cut so won't be too bad and alot cheaper on the wallet lol

not so much, cause you're still gonna want the protein intake high if not higher and that's the expensive part. Carbs are cheap....all that meat is what hits the wallet
 
Yeah I guess so u keep as much muscle as possible eh , so I'll just have to up my protein to 420, cause when I cut , I wanna be atleast 210 :), and then I might even lean bulk cause I'll be on test e

I'll probably run a ten week cutter with low dose test and 100mg of primo and mast ed and Var kickstart. So ill carb cycle the first 4 weeks like this 250,200,150,100,50 then back up to 250 with 2g protein per lb of body weight. That way i may actually put on a few lbs of muscle while leaning out the first 4 weeks. Then for the last 6 ill run a 50/20/30 split at 300-500 calories below bmr. I'll cut down to 12% before I start tho, and hope to end up around 7%....but that won't be for awhile cause I need to get up to 210 first ;)
