I've finally talked my girlfriend into watching her diet. She is giving me a month to see how things go. Her old breakfast consisted of a cigarette and a Mountain Dew. No lunch and usually french fries with mayo for dinner with a lot of Soda in between. I now have her eating five meals a day cutting out all the junk food and soda. She eats oatmeal for breakfast with a glass of milk. Half a peanut butter sandwich for meal 2, chicken and salad for lunch, veggies for snack and either beef or chicken with dinner. She says she is drinking lots of water during the day. She now gets the craps and has had it for three days. This is her second week of eating good. Is it her body trying to get on track or something else. Need advice she is stinking up the house and it has put a damper on the sex.
