Ive been training for a year now.
I find that I'm getting more and more stretch marks, they just freaking dont stop happening.
Should I stick to free weights or machines?
and more importantly how do get rid fo stretch marks?
has anyone tried anything that actually works?
check the archives, there should be a lot of stuff i think, b ut as far as i can remember, most people said retinol cream might help but yer pretty much screwed
i got em on me bi's and my shoulders.....and my love handles
these help, vitamin e, udder balm, retin a cream is supposed to get rid of it but takes a LONg time, never tried that. I've been getting them and been using udder balm and vitamin E and it seems to help. good luck
