Gaining mass

New member
Hi, been training for over year and half now, gone from 66kgs @14Bf to 75Kg 12% Bf
im 21.

Been doing strong lifts for a good while now, around 6 months, (on and off due to life .. lol)
my squat is
190lbs? 85Kg Full squat
150lbs? 72kg bench
260lbs? 120kg deads

Main Question:

All the talk of REP RANGE...
Back in the day (50's, 60's..) all the guys did heavy lifting, with the belief of STRENGTH = MASS + SIZE
That also meant that they were doing somewhat the 4-6 rep range.
So lets say... me @ 75KG / 160Lb
Heavy lifting - 4-6 rep range (BW + 10-30%)
Moderate/Hypertropy - 6-12 Rep Range (BW - 10-30%)

Eating at a strangely crazy rate,
(recently bought 23 8oz rump steaks, 5kg chicken breast...6kg pasta..)
I eat around 3.5k+ everyday....However im a Ectomorph standing at 5'10 & 75kg
Have to walk everywhere + a job that involves warehouse work (always on feet)
So , in order to gain MASS (no muscle size, i mean actual body size, broad , skeletol size and then pack on the muscle)
Will heavy lifting be my key (heavy lifting meaning strong lifts kind of program, just the basics)
