Football diet\in season\ camp???

I kno this isnt really steriod related but i figured i would get the most replies here.
i play hs football. running back linebacker.
5-7 about 185

camp
i have mini camp aug 20-22 its just lifting then explosive and agility training, then practice. just helmets. 4pm to 8 pm
so ill keep doing what im doing for that.(nutrititon wise)

camp aug 25-30
every day 7:00Am to 7pm
consistint off 3 practices lifting and meetings.
we will b allowed to eat between pracitices.
what should i eat between practices and how much should i eat. ??? when should i take supplements

i have flax seed oil, creatine, gluatamine, triple threat, and whey protein.

In season i have practice every day games mostly on saturday. lifting on monday and wednisday.
should i still b eating 6 times a day??? what shouild i eat beforeand after practice???
what should i b eating?

what should i eat on game day??? and should i eat at half time???

would it be effective to start an anavar only cycle now? or during the season?? i was planning on holding off on roids for now. can anavar stunt my growth??
should i wait to reach my natural potential before i start juicing??

ne help will b appreciated?

Bro I've been down that road and back--- you know what's funny is we played you guys in high school-!! I think it was par hills---but I played 2 years college ball and I can assure you not mnay players at that leevl are'nt on juice at some point in there career... as far as eating goes many people think you can eat pasta the night before the game and expect to have some great energy--this is'nt true at all you have to load up on carbos throughout the week (gradually) Overall make sure you diet is good(brocoli,oatmeal,steak,chicken,baby food, protien supplements...etc..) stay away from juice for awhile- it is vewry addicting and hard to stay away from-- At my summer camps all I did was load up on halotestin and winny (not to smart) but coach always wondered why this 270lb defensive end could keep up with the best linebackers on our team....plenty of water,, protein before bed after a long and hard camp day-- e-mail me bro--

hey hows it going man....i remember football camps, its the greatest man, enjoy it while ya can
during camp, if you are going to a university to camp, thats what we usually did, they will serve you in the cafeteria, pretty much the same thing, and they will give you three meals a day, a breakfast lunch and dinner.
being a linebacker, u should probably have good agility and probably be somewhat lean. I would eat a balanced breakfast in the morning with as many eggs as you can put down without making urself sick when u get out there, it seems that protein gives me energy in the morning. if you are going to try to eat six meals a day, i would take a shake or bar with you so u can eat when u get a break at about 10:30 at your practices. we usually did three or four a days, so didnt get a lot of time past the three meals they gave us. for lunch, i would do as many complex carbs as far as noodles and potatoes. and then try to go with some protein, about 50 grams, and maybe 50 grams of protein
after lunch ur gonna have to go back out to practice probably about two, so i would eat my next meal at 3, that would another shake or protein source that you can carry with you. the next meal will be your dinner. again i would go high protein and carbs to restore depleted glycogen stores. they will serve something different every nite, just try to go for complex carbs, and b4 u go to bed anotehr protein source
over all, try to take in about 50% protein, 40% carbs 10% fat, that would be decent and give you plenty of energy while at camp and help you lean up more if you wanted.
If you went with the flax, just take a tablespoon everytime that you take a shake, that would give you about 14 grams of unsaturated fat. and creatine u could take at the three appropriate meals, breakfast lunch and dinner. and spread that however you wanted. Glutamine, i would take with ur smaller meals like ur protein shakes, u could mix it in or whatever.
When in season, before practice you could eat a protein bar and after practice, eat ur highest carbed meal of the day. Again, just eat wholesome, chicken breasts, baked potatoes, yams, etc. lay off the sugar as much as possible, although its hard to do especially on game days when all ur friends want to go out to eat somwhere and get some pizza lol
You would probably be smart to hold off on the anavar. especially considering the amount of cardio ur going to be doing, that would be rough on ur liver, and lead to damage. Im almost 20, and still havent ever used ne gear, but wanting to real bad, but still debating if i should or not. if you are going to do nething, which it will be of your own choice, then i would probably do something lighter and go injectables. Maybe some test? I dunno, it would probably be better to ask for juice help from someone else with better experience. well i hope ive helped you out somewhat, i dont post much because im always reading, but hope ya got something out of it

okay... in the morning when i wake up i will probably have triple threat and oatmeal. but will that make me feel bloated and shi**y during practice??

or if i have some whey after each practice and flax..will it make me feel like shit?

so ur saying i should have 15 grams of creatine everyday, at breakfast lunch and dinner??

and gluatamine ill prolly take that with the creatine before the pratices.... should i take extra for recovery in camp???

ne suggestions about pre game??

after all the practices.. i will porbably only get one more meal down cause i will probably pass out. so ill try t make that steak\and\or eggs.
 
should i take whey protien between practices or an mrp??

or just my mrp in the morning and whey everyware else...?
