Cable Flys @ 40 lbs each side, impressive! You are so strong! I love cable flys and bonus- I think I look especially buff doing them, hahaha.... How many sets/reps total?

9:00 AM: 45 minutes cardio

15 minutes stempmill
20 minutes treadmill
10 minutes elliptical

10:00 AM: grilled shrimp, grilled asparagus
1:00 PM: baked tuna, green beans
4:00 PM: chicken fajita meat, celery, avocado
8:00 PM: 1% cottage cheese, walnuts

I need to find a way to fit in 2 more meals OR enough protein to cover those 2 meals. I will do what I can...

Wonderwoman, it is so funny because the girls at my gym bring out the big guns and come to the gym completely underdressed! Big, small, short, tall. It amazes me how clueless they are as well.

Wonderwoman, it is so funny because the girls at my gym bring out the big guns and come to the gym completely underdressed! Big, small, short, tall. It amazes me how clueless they are as well.
I especially like the skinny-fat girls with half their asses hanging out of their spandex booty shorts and the roll of flab hanging over the waist band! lol

Heyyy I used to be one of those girls!!! LOL well without the crash dieting and stuff... but I was clueless. I think if anyone is actually getting themselves to the gym, no matter what the circumstances, at least they are trying. I know so many lazy people who just lie around and eat crap. I think more than half of those who crash diet and maybe go to the gym once in a while dont make it b.c they dont know anything about working out. I sure as hell had no clue.... I had NO IDEA what to do, eat, what exercised to do. I asked questions, slowly learned, and it worked out.
 
So things are "moving" better now?

I was thinking that on your carb up day you have a lot of dairy, when usually it's missing from your diet. There is nothing as "binding" as dairy and bananas and that can throw your body off kilter (especially since the majority of people have some kind of lactose intolerance). It can take a few days to readjust.

Just a thought anyway. Killer workouts, looking good. Hope the new responsibilities are working out well :)

Hey Mermie! Things are not moving right now. :worried: I am, once again, highly stressed with work. They are KILLING ME. I've been pulling 14 hour days since last week. I can't wait to change positions...

Thanks, Ice! :heart: I DID get to sleep last night! :elephant: I haven't had a full night's sleep in a week. Although, my brother in law called me at 4 AM to do cardio. 'Tard...

Aries, the difference between you and them is that you wanted to know better! These giggle-y azzed girls are in there to gain attention from guys. It is quite obvious...

And they are ALWAYS on the elliptical, SG! :lmao: I want so badly to talk to some of them and tell them some things. Even some of the guys. I overheard some of them talking about how much beer they drank over the weekend. :rolleyes:

Depletion Day 3

6:00 AM: whole egg, egg whites, fat free mozarella, mushies, apple
9:00 AM: 1% cottage cheese, blueberries, strawberries, celery
12:00 PM: fajita chicken meat, salad, homemade balsamic vinegarette
3:00 PM: grilled shrimp, green beans, avocado

So HAPPY to hear that you were able to sleep last night. Though, I am sure 4 am came quite early for you - wow!
