And...oh my goodness. My parents are having a crawfish boil and a fish fry today. My mom baked chocolate dipped macadamia nut shortbread, chocolate chip cookies, snickerdoodles, a pound cake...

BUT...I will be strong! ;)

9:00 AM: grilled shrimp, salad, green beans, homemade balsamic vinegarette, avocado :chomp:
11:15 AM: bulgarian yogurt, banana, whey, creatine :p Thermorexin

12:00 PM:

Low Olympic Squat
working sets @ 135

Incline DB Press
working sets @ 35 and 45 lb DBs

HS High Row
working sets @ 97 lbs

Romanian Deadlift
working sets @ 135 lbs

EZ Tricep Extension ss Alt DB Curl
working sets @ 40 and 50 lbs ss 25 lb DBs

Standing Calf Raise
working sets @ 180 lbs

10 minutes stretching

1:15 PM: whey, dextrose, creatine, smarties
3:15 PM: Lucky Charms, skim milk
5:30 PM: cinnamon raisin bagels, natural PB, sugar free apricot jam
8:30 PM: grilled red snapper, salad, green beans, balsamic vinegar, garlic
11:00 PM: 1% cottage cheese

SO.... did you have any of that delicious food???? Its ok if you slipped... you have plenty of time... BUT im curious(along with IP).. what up with the ceral and bagels??? Thats not cutting food... I dont think... contest diet?

*By the way, your workouts look so good!!!!!!!!! Im jealous... when it comes to weights Im a wussy ... I still try really hard but Im not quite that strong yet!

Ice, I was strong! Not a thing went into my mouth. I was very proud of myself! The reps vary on my workouts. Some days they are higher, some days they are lower. Sets are usually consistent. Can't give TOO much info!

Ice and Aries...those foods are VERY high in GI, low in fiber. If you notice, my foods for the rest of the week are VERY low in GI, VERY high in fiber. I eat no more than 100g of carbs a day most days, which are depletion days. Then I get a big carb up. :p It's not traditional diet food, but it works in regards to this approach.

Getnfit...trust me...you don't! That smell was intoxicating!

Great jpb on your control! I would have had a huge melt down from what was being cooked at your house... SOUNDS so good, and yet I really don't want any of it :) YEssss
How is the DOMS?? I'm dealing with that myself.

4:20 AM: cardio

20 minutes stepmill
25 minutes treadmill

5:45 AM: whole egg, egg whites, spinach, mushrooms, green beans, apple
9:00 AM: grilled chicken, salad, green beans, strawberries, homemade balsamic vinegarette
12:00 PM: greek turkey burger, spinach, asparagus
3:00 PM: grilled shrimp, asparagus
