Following Shadows Plan, weight for sholuders is pretty much with DB 10 Lbs, laterals and 15 for DB press...for biceps 10 lbs. DB...
Before I would pyramid weight first 12/10/8/6 reps with higher weight on each and at the end I would do 12 reps again with the same weight used on the 8 reps.
I think I had more muscle, but had more BF, and my macros were way off.
I was at 61%Protein/21%carbs/18%fat.
So I left everything and sarted the plan...I want more shoulder muscle, less tricep fat, and quads and hamstring muscle, less fat also...
LOL it sound s like an online order! :qt:
Suggest anything!

Yes, Heavier weight!
If I had to comment on that I would say you need to push the weights more.
The plan is a good foundation but lifting light weights like that is not going to give you the muscle you are looking for.
Just my .02 cents

I want something sweet, I may even open a splenda or sweet and low packet and lick it off my hand! LOL

Drink more water and you wont hold alot...It's like when you have an $$ allowance...you could care less if Dad leaves his wallet full of $$ if you get what you need...you wont go hogging it all up! Ay ay ay. :chomp:

Actually, a serving of SF/FF vanilla pudding topped with a crushed vanilla meringue cookie & berries isn't too bad for you.....and it's good!! :p

1 small homemade tortilla

Big meal I was at club...so I just sat there watching Germany lose :worried:

Meal 4
1/2 met rx bar
half glass orange juice with 1/4 of a small banana yum yum blend it and serve cold...You may fall in love!

Meal 5...
Going out to dinner to best restaurant in town...Great cooks!

I was out at the bach, had a good time, relaxing really. Did workout good gym at Fiesta Americana Hotel, I love the precor machine with the arc trainer...O la la.

Had a good cardio session indoors and out doors. Sunbathed like a queen and slpet really good.
Diet was below calorie macros, but not much movement so I suppose it can't be too bad.
I did drink alot of crytal light...
Back home now, YES and cardio today,

I did not post last nights meal..I was tired and sluggish. Had 4 egg whites and 2 mozzarela.
Totals for yesterday 1280, 40/30/30...
I am hungry now, but sleep will conquer the hunger.
I think I will take a nap and then hit the gym...

Well today I am a bit tired has been this way since Tuesday.
I have not missed any workouts, or cardio. I am a bit sore from my leg workout...Heavy legs when I walk up stairs. I have been doing my HITT at park and changed the incline sprints, to stairs, they are about 8 steps followed by a stair rest and 8 steps again followed by two more sequences like that. They feel good...nice leg strech...adductors? never can get the right name...abductors?

Lasix can have nasty sides....keep on the water and add some potassium...

I am going to get blood work done...
I am still a bit numb...and getting electrolytes count and glucose curb...

Not a good day...have felt like shit the whole day. Got blood work done...electrolytes are ok...chloride..???(cloro) is abit high, and sugar level seems fine. Had glucose tolerance test done...

An OGTT is a series of blood glucose tests. A fasting glucose is collected; then the patient drinks a standard amount of a glucose solution to "challenge" their system.

I wanted to die...after two hours of getting blood draWn every 1/2 hr....it was death...on empty, and was not able to move around much...after tests were done I broke out crying because of how bad I felt...Insulin respose...

Well girls I will keep diet even when traveling...yeah right...I will have the best I can...BF (Mauricio) Is really nice to me, and this trip is not only about making his ironman his 3rd...It's all about all sacrifices both physical and $$$...Hope we ride helicopet after...and all sorts of good new things together...
About the sacrifices..LOL...well I should keep on making mine huh?...But maybe we can both share a bit of relaxation... :heart:

Las t wo weeks I would be realy swollen...indented seams or nike on my legs from tights...so I took lasix...which was a bad idea...started getting tingly feelings...numbness...in feet legs and arms not all day but at times...then I read in YOUR thread that you felta that way when you were depleting...and I thought to myself...'"mi mismo..." would translate "hey me...You should not feel this way...or even be peeing so much"....so I went on drinking water, and Shadow suggested I take some gatorade...and potassium...I feel better, but that Glucose curb...is HELL...

Went to wal mart and they had a BF testing handheld machine...whatever they are called
and measured 15.4 %...Not too bad huh!

I hope evryone is doing great! I am good...LOL..STILL in bed...
I had a wonderful time in Lake Placid, first time in the Adironack Mountains.
It was a long trip YET full of wonderful new memories and learning for me.
Of course I was like the dancing chicken in my signature...Just being a good sport and being friendly...LOL...
While BF was out biking one day I took a jog/run around the lake and did some HITT...and when it was meeting time I was hanging out by the car...and LOL some guys were there talking baout the race and nutrition etc...
and of course I joined their conversation....
when they got the nerve up they asked me..."What are you doing doing sit ups if you're racing Sunday???"...Ja ja ja...
I had to take them out of their misery and tell them the truth..."I am the revelation of 2006...Ney...my Bf is doing it...I am just working out...."
So they added..."So your BF MUST be a pro".....LMAO....
SEE WHY I SAID( in ear;ier packing post) A GIRL MUST LOOK GOOD...LMAO....Pros always have the hottest girls...even if they pack 5 pairs of shoes...LOL
I was alone during the Ironman race on Sunday and ran around the course as much as I could, I got some great pictures and of course I jumped the fence at the finishing line!!!
I did my samraritan work and took some pics of a participant whose wife was having camera trouble, So I must send those out today.
Had a great time in Boston...YES I ate clam chowder...sniff sniff

I am thinking about setting a time goal a real athletic goal...
I have run a half marathon had no training I just ranit, so I was thinking it would be a good goal....I am not sure though...How bad would it affect the project?
I think it would help speed up the body fat % burning it quicker...I had a BF test in lake placid tanita...17% yikes...had an 8 overall FITNESS CONDITION (Which I doubt) 9 being the highest 10 she said she had not seen...so...
I have to get out of bed now...I am going to go jog or do something at the park...
I will write later on today....

I hope everyone's doing good, like I said I had a great time in Lake Placid, and Boston...Stop over at Dallas yesterday and saw you me & dupree...please go see it..LOL...It has some great lines....and some of i think can realte to Dupree...

Don't be so sure that running is going to decrease BF.... I have ran marathons and that didn't work. Sometimes you think doing more faster paced cardio like running is going to help and actually has the opposite affect of what you are trying to accomplish. That's why Shadow has HIIT training and not running in his plan. Running you are in a steady state of burning glycogen stores.. then what's the next best thing to burn..... Muscle... So you start eating your muscle away. That's why when I started the Shadow plan he told me to look at a runner's body vs. maybe the girl on the front of Oxygen.... Runner = skinny... less muscular toned, "saggy runner's butt'
Oxygen girl = muscular, feminine, not stick skinny...
Depends on what your goal is, and the look that you want???
I decided I gave marathon running a try and did not obtain the physique I was looking for... Gave the Shadow plan, and started hitting weights heavier, decreased cardio... and achieved and still achieveing the look that I am aiming for. So heavy weight, HIIT, 40/30/30 diet to begin with, later on maybe a CKD diet... but you have to stick with one program or another, one goal or another, not jump around or else you will get frustrated.
O.k. done with my .02 cents :rose:

I do not want to eve be close to the skinny saggy butt girl! I am happy to say the least with HITT, I just wanted to have an athletic goal....
