I'm not sure how many grams of fat there is each serving, so someone else will need to advise you on how much to take. However, don't take them right after working out. After working out, your body needs carbs and protein FAST and fat will slow the digestion. Also, most people feel that you should take in fat when consuming a high carb meal b/c the carbs will be used for energy and the fat will be stored.
