First cycle diet help

Getting ready to do my first cycle. Will be var and possible 4-oht. Will run Nolva and other supps for lipid help throughout. Want to make sure I have perfect diet in place before I waste my time and money. Anyone want to take a shot at a good lean bulking var diet for me? 185lbs 14.7%BF. Goal is to add as lean a mass as possible. I add fat EASYILY lol. I am fine with eating the same exact food rotation every two weeks. Thinks i like include chicken breast, fresh turkey breast, egg beaters, salmon, tuna, occasional lean beef or buffalo, oatmealLOVE THE STUFF), sweet potatoes, white potatoes, brown rice, whole wheat bagels, some natty pb and olives. Veggies of all kinds and salads are cool. Also low or no fat yogurt and cottage cheese. Anyone care to orgainize that into the proper amounts of calories and ratio of macros for me for a two or even one week rotation of 6 meals a day? TRuly would appreciate the help. I know the diet and training are far more improtant than the gear. Oh I also use plenty of good whey protein shakes in that mix. Bananas and apples good too occasionally. I do use one day a week as a mega cheat day usually sunday
