Final leg press PR... I hit my goal today!

Thanks all... today marks an intersting transition for me. I've been focusing on leg press over squats... and now I will be returning to squats as my main emphasis in my 5 x 5 training.

Hopefully I'll be setting some new squat PRs shortly.
 
We all know sofa is just now starting to use more than one plate on the leg press. He's just too embarrassed to tell us.... :D

Or was it 25 plates?
 
Sofa, I broke my arm really bad when i was 19 and for about 4 months I could do nothing but leg press and hack squats, well after I got the cast off I had put on almost 75 pounds on my squat within a month

This is actually what I'm hoping for... I've been hitting mega poundage for very low reps... and I'm hoping this is going to push me up now that i'll be refocusing on squats.

I did my squats right after my leg presses... and I've been able to hold my former PR weights on squats AFTER doing my leg presses.. even inching the squat weight up slightly... so I'm really hoping for a jump on my squats.
