hi im new to this site just looking for some help to lose some weight. im currently at 5'10 and 210 pounds with around 30-35 pounds of body fat. maybe get down to around 20 pounds bf?
diet:
6:15 breakfast
1 cup 100% grapefruit juice
1 scoop whey protein
1 carnation breakfast essentials
1 thing of yogurt
1 cup water with 800 iu vitamin d and i think the same in vitamin e
9:30-9:45 snack
1 100 calorie pack natural almonds
12:00 snack
1 fiber plus bar(sometimes protein bar)
1:30 lunch
peanut butter with turkey sandwich on whole grain double fiber bread
1 apple
3 six star pro nutrition n.o fury tablets
2:30-4:00/5:00 lift workout
postworkout 1 scoop whey protein, six star pro nutrition creatine x3 mix
4:30/5:00 dinner
generally 2 cups rice, some meat, 1-2 cups vegetables, 1 cup organic fat free milk
8:00 or 9:30 snack
1-2 apples
