fat loss help

hi im new to this site just looking for some help to lose some weight. im currently at 5'10 and 210 pounds with around 30-35 pounds of body fat. maybe get down to around 20 pounds bf?
diet:
6:15 breakfast
1 cup 100% grapefruit juice
1 scoop whey protein
1 carnation breakfast essentials
1 thing of yogurt
1 cup water with 800 iu vitamin d and i think the same in vitamin e

9:30-9:45 snack
1 100 calorie pack natural almonds

12:00 snack
1 fiber plus bar(sometimes protein bar)

1:30 lunch
peanut butter with turkey sandwich on whole grain double fiber bread
1 apple
3 six star pro nutrition n.o fury tablets

2:30-4:00/5:00 lift workout

postworkout 1 scoop whey protein, six star pro nutrition creatine x3 mix

4:30/5:00 dinner
generally 2 cups rice, some meat, 1-2 cups vegetables, 1 cup organic fat free milk

8:00 or 9:30 snack
1-2 apples

This diet need alot of work bro...........let's start by dropping the apples at night and replacing it with a protein shake (preferably cassien). And it looks like your lite on calories even during a cut. Tally up your calories and see where you're at. Use a BMR calculator and calculate your daily calorie needs and subract 500 calories from that. Get your P/C/F ratio around 40/30/30 as well. Also add dextrose to you PWO SHAKE, around 75g dexrose should be sufficient for someone your size. And what's carnation essentials? Sounds like something that's marketed toward Middle aged woman?lol. Get yourself some all natural oatmeal and pb, stock up on chicken breast, salmon, egg whites, green leafy veggies. And are you taking N.O. from walmart? Don't waste your money on that shit.If you insist on taking N.O. then look into some products sold by the sponsors on the forum.Try N2KTS from needtobuildmuscle, I've heard great things about it. Get a some good whey protein, a good mulit-vitamen, and fish-oil caps and worry about supp when you get your diet down. Thats plenty to keep you busy there, post it back up when after you make your adjustments and we will go from there. If you wanna take this seriously you've come to the right place bro! Just do your homework and ask A LOT ?S and you'll be fine. Good luck
 
You also might wanna try a fat burner forged burner is a good place to start helped me drop 6 lbs in two weeks and that weight hasnt come back!

You have just listed here the amount and calories of food that you take daily.You haven't told about weather you are using any diet plan or doing exercise.These two are most important things for losing weight.You need to take morning walk or some exercise to burn fat.Decrease the calorie intake to about 1200 to 1500 per day.

1,200-1,500 calories a day?WTF:confused:. He listed his diet because he is in the diet section of the forum, and telling someone to eat 1,200-1,500 calories a day is terrible advice. He's 210 lbs bro!!!!! 2,500 would probably be a good place to start, but that's just and estimation, calculate your bmr and subtract 500 like i stated above. Maybe you should be spending more time in this section?????

if you are trying to lose fat I would cut out all fruit juices only drink water and drink at least a gallon of water a day water helps to burn fat also your snacks and meals after 4pm I would lower my carb intake....also trying working out in the morning on a empty stomach it has worked wonders for me...but be sure to get in a protein supplement right afterwards so your body does not go catabolic
 
^ more water is definatly the way to go i found cutting any drinks whatever soever made a huge difference as far as staying away from catbolism on cycle ive used GEAR and found it very effective
