Mr X...I've seen you suggest egg white protein many times. Could you tell us more about why you prefer it (I know that a lot of guys on here just do whey/casein blends for meal replacement)? I love proteinfactory and I'm thinking of increasing the amount of egg white in my blend. I'm not concerned about price...only quality.
Here is what my current blend looks like:
15% CFM Whey Isolate
15% Egg White Protein
40% Membrane Micellar Casein
10% Milk Protein Isolate
15% Whole Organic Egg
5% Glutamine Peptides
Any suggestions to improve this? By the way, my PWO is CFM whey isolate and 50/50 dextrose and maltodextrin...
