To be truly honest, my appetite has decreased slightly, but it is possibly due to an increased intake of fruits and salads (which fill me up quickly), so it is not true that nothing has changed in my diet. I think I should log into my calorie tracker to see how I'm doing. I will continue to log my gym days.
By the way, I switched gyms because I moved to a new location. I miss the old gym because it had more robust and old-school equipment. I have moved to something similar to Planet Fitness in my country. While there is a decent selection of free weights and machines, it feels like a bit of a downgrade for me..
