Hello, my name is walli. I am actively doing cardio stuff to loose a lot of weight. Any particular thing you recommend besides diet (i mean cardio wise)? Like moving to high reps on the machines and Jrope, and my crunches and push-ups? What would you recommend about losing about 30 lbs?
