If you get some extra free time, could you make me up a new wts routine? Currently, I do two body parts per day with the exception of leg day, 30 minutes of treadmill or HIIT 5 times per week.

absolutely What are your goals? nutrition and supplementation? and training experience? Are you doing your HIIT on the threadmill? stairmill? boxing etc?

I would like to give it a shot in a Figure comp in November. I can't really afford any kind of supplements other than Whey Protein and acidophilus, so I'm trying to get the other necessary nutrients in my foods. I do HIIT on a forest trail Mon, Wed, and Fri and the other two days (sometimes 3) I use the treadmill. Thanks Wulfgar!
