best thing to do is just go to your normal fam doc and say you have been feeling sluggish etc. you would lke to have a full blool anaylsis done including free test and free t4 etc...

Before beggining any new cycle do a short period(10-14 days) of overtraining/ undereating in order to trigger massive metabolic upregulation so when you massively increase protein and caloric intake you will gain a tremendous amount of muscle and very little bodyfat very quickly(think what happens to a BBer after a show when they eat anything that isnt nailed down)
