The one thing that seems to hold me back the most is the inability to out-eat my metabolism sufficiently to make decent gains. I don't really ever really feel hungry, if I do feel a little hungry but don't eat immediately the pangs disappear and I could go the rest of the day without eating happily - this all means that I'm basically choking down each meal that I prepare inorder to hit my daily caloric targets.
If I smoke weed I get really really hungry and can eat a ton but obviously this is bad for training so my question is is there anything that you know of that actually works to stimulate the appetite in a similar way?
I kill myself in the gym, have done a lot of research and feel my training is down and get adequate rest every night and whilst gains are coming they are far far below optimal because I find it so hard to eat enough to make maximal gains. I find getting so little out of making such an effort, coupled with having to choke down so much food very motivationally sapping!
