I've said it before about that forum, and I'll say it again:

Giving good advice over there is often like casting pearls before swine.
 
The one thing that seems to hold me back the most is the inability to out-eat my metabolism sufficiently to make decent gains. I don't really ever really feel hungry, if I do feel a little hungry but don't eat immediately the pangs disappear and I could go the rest of the day without eating happily - this all means that I'm basically choking down each meal that I prepare inorder to hit my daily caloric targets.

If I smoke weed I get really really hungry and can eat a ton but obviously this is bad for training so my question is is there anything that you know of that actually works to stimulate the appetite in a similar way?

I kill myself in the gym, have done a lot of research and feel my training is down and get adequate rest every night and whilst gains are coming they are far far below optimal because I find it so hard to eat enough to make maximal gains. I find getting so little out of making such an effort, coupled with having to choke down so much food very motivationally sapping!

explain this a little more. What have your gains been like? 10 lbs in a year? 20 lbs? 5 lbs? Give us some parameters to put it in perspective. Also, are you training naturally, or are you "enhanced"?

1. I really like the hot ass bitches on their website :p

2. They have some good supplements
a. Cordyceps sinesis(increases cAMP) is a very good fat loss product
b. Pyruvate has been proven to be effectiv(albeit in VERY large doses)
c Yohimbine is def good
d. thier patented product is still up for debate. Ill have to reasearch it more.

Also one thing I dont like is I cant see the amount of each product in each serving/capsule size

this always makes me wary
all these drugs CAN be effective if doses right. But I am not seeing a good breakdown

1: really depends the time of year and how sick I am. When I am prepping for a show Ill still never miss my cardio. But Ill lay off the weights. Off season I get sick I stay out of the gym completely


2. I eat 10 meals a day 40-100 grams per sitting(just depends on the time of day.

Ill usually get about 1/3 of my protein from powders. The other half is an assortment of eggs, buffalo, fish and chicken(+ the random protein found in my carb sources)

It just sucks to spend a shitload of time tryng to help a good bro out. Then they go back and dont even fucking apply it.

I need to see some stats broly
training experince, height, weight, and estimated BF%, and the general training program you are doing

I am guessing you are a pretty prototypical ecto
