I like to utilize T-3 in a 2 day on 2 day off protocol. Ill use 50-100 as a rule no matter if gaining or cutting for 2 days and take 2 days off. Protien never falls under 2G per lb of BW when utilizing T3 for that very reason! Good thinking! My personal rule is 2.5grams per lb BM
