Injections,
My standard HRT protocol.
15 Iu each CJC and Ipam.
250 mg Sustanon
100mg NPP
250mg Mast
Oh yeah almost forgot to mention that I did 2 of my injects into my outer calves today:D.
Give the quads a little rest for a change.

Breakfast,
3 whole eggs
2 pcs multi grain toast with 1 1/2 heaping tablespoon natty PB on each
16 oz 2% milk

Shake, 2 scoops proteine powder, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 pak gelatine 12 oz 2% milk

Lunch
3 pcs multi grain bread 9 heaping tablespoons tuna salad-Miracle Whip Lite
16 oz 2% milk

Dinner
12 oz haddock steak
2 heaped tabelspoons coleslaw
med baked potatoe little bit of salt and pepper
2 tabelspoons ice cream

Today starting to take an OtC diuretic for bloat. Tired of being bloated.

Ok all, been doing this program since 6/13 and adding to every lift every workout. Right now it seems to me that my workouts are faltering. As in I am not able to get the full 5 sets of 5 reps.
So I am wondering if it is time for me to either take a week off or do a deload?
Your thoughts please.

Breakfast
1 big multi grain muffing with 2 tablespoons of natty PB
1 cup 2% cottage cheese
16 oz 2% milk

Pre-workout 2 scoops of N2KTS, nice face flush!
I think this is what got me as far as I got in my workout today.

Rackpulls, I moved the bar down 4 inches to put it mid shin. Big diff for me!

Or another option that I just thought of is this, break these workouts down for 2 days. Meaning do 5x5 as I am now but break it down into doing 2 exscersized per day and have those days back to back then a day off, etc, etc.

hey ZED take the week off your body will appreciate it. and alternate your routine go a bit lighter on the weights.
