240lbs at 12 reps
240lbs at 9 reps drop to 160lbs 12 reps
Chest Fly 130lbs at 25 reps
170lbs at 18 reps
185lbs at 12 reps
185lbs 12 reps drop to 110lbs 15 reps
Chest pump was sick. Food stayed almost identical to the previous day. eating chicken and rice and ground beef and rice daily. Weight is up 206lbs so thats a god sign and BF is def down. another 10 days Ill update a pic. Feeling super strong and EQ hasnt kicked in yet. Strength could be stupid when anadrol and Tren get started. Cant wait
