Been living on steak and salmon. I'm about 4 hrs from home for work right now so not terrible. I'm on way home anyways so I'm excited about that. Be back into normal routine by Monday. Trained 4 out of 5 days I was out of town. Food was solid everyday except Last day we didn't get to leave for lunch and they bought pizza. I ate 1 full slice then a half slice was it for me. Grease too much. Feel really good. Feel full but tight if that makes sense. Give me week I throw up another Pic much btr shape then last Pic. Ate surf and turf last night there as pic. This was breakfast this morning. Steak bacon and eggs with whole grain bread.
