Tri pushdown 4 sets of 20 reps not sure on weight
wide grip curls 4 sets of 20 reps super set with pushdowns
dip mach 175lbs at 25 reps
190lbs at 22 reps
205lbs at 18 reps
205lbs at 14 reps drop to 160lbs 20 reps could do more weight but lifts me off the machine no belt to hold you down...need someone put plate on my lap I guess.
concentrate curl mach 70lbs at 18 reps
75lbs at 15 reps
85lbs at 15 reps
85lbs at 12 reps
skull crusher and close grip press 60lbs 25reps sk cr 20 reps close press 4 sets
dbell curls 40lbs at 18 reps
45lbs at 15 reps
50lbs at 11 reps
55lbs at 8 reps
Feel really strong and full. Weight is stuck about 205 but I am lean. I can cheat and eat ice cream and cereal for a week on top of all the food. I am continuing to drink the Chocolate milk it just dont matter. Ill get pics this week. Look like i am in a cut cycle SMH Crazy how my metabolism works on gear. Just stupid
