I havent been getting the green veggies and I am taking veggie pills to get the nutrients. I am eating some fruit I Just snack on grapes throughout the day and forget to log them.
Homemade protein balls and turkey noodle soup as well. I'm getting the carbs and kcals metabolism just stupid right now. About to drop the tren and anadrol hopefully help with couple pounds but I kno when tren hits metabolism goes to a whole another level if that's even possible.

Food has been really consistant. I dont change my diet up a whole lot just switch out proteins turkey chicken steal ground beef salmon tuna etc
I have cut my eat window down though trying to get 16 hours fast almost daily. Been trying to eat all my food from 1130am to 730pm

Figure I give this a try for a few week and see how body reacts. I am just struggling to gain weight. Getting stronger every week and feel bigger but scale doesnt reflect that. I am leaner everyday too which I dont mind but isnt helping the Bulk per say.

Workout felt great. strength is really good Just not getting the weight I wanted. I am hoping dropping anadrol and Tren will help boost me a little bit in weight. Really trying to get to 210-215lbs at 7-8%. I need 10 solid pounds which wont be easy. Sitting between 203-207lbs right now. Not sure on BFD but it has to be 12% or under. Will get pics up really soon. Need some feedback. appreciate the help.
