diet has stayed the same almost always now just change the meats up from pork to chicken to beef to salmon. Eating lot of rice and beans/ not getting lot of green veggies but do take a green veggie supplement to help compensate

Feel really good and shoulder feelin best it has in long time. Gonna keep grinding. I think I will add the Anadrol and Tren into the Mix maybe next week or so. Didnt want to drop either if them until I felt I was hittin plateau. Dont really feel that way except with the weight which I could use more Kcals I kno. I dont like not having a 6 pack and veins on my stomach so the bulk messes with me mentally. I have even incorporated some real ice cream into the diert trying to get kcals up and weight up. I eat clean then soon as I start adding ice cream and thing with some sugar to it seems it just drives veins out all over. So I am going to keep that an chocolate milk in this diet for atleast another 4 weeks. May we will really clean it up and lean down.
