Add a MRP (myoplex, MetRx, etc.) to a meal such as a fat tuna sandwhich on flax bread and skim milk? Looking to add some clean cals, maybe just another piece of flax with some ANPB?
I am not expert on this stuff Jkurz as I am sure you have realized by now, but some of the other boards I frequent and some other meal plans I have seen in the last couple of weeks in research I have been doing on diet seem to recommend the latter. I am trying to find the exact location for it, but I saw a similar question asked on another board that had like 60 replies.
