when you do those 100 curls do you do both arms at the same time or alternate each arm curl? wide grip, supinated, twist? A little more description on this, cause I might do it just for a killer pump burnout next bi day.

Otherwise, you're doing awesome D. Great numbers. You gotta know, when on a calorie deficit, strength will plateau and sometimes weaken, just push hard, luckily AAS gives us a boost, but we're not powerlifting, we're body transforming! :D <3

Hey Bader, Thanks for that yeah your right I just think its taken a bit of getting used to.
I'm now benching my Pb and same with squats and rows. Seems the only thing I've lost strength with is my OHP after all so don't know why I got worried lol ;),
My curls are just the regular one arm at a time twist on the way up to contract the muscle. I'm only hitting them because i had to quit bent over rows so my bi's started to deflate lol everything else absolutely tortures my tendon in my elbow ..

Guys I won't be logging my food today as I have a hectic day ahead Ive got to take my dog to a specialist to get him an operation on his back. Poor little thing ,

I will still be eating clean etc just won't have time to weigh and log.

Be all back to normal tomorrow though.

WORKOUT A 22ndFEB....

Squat 2x7 @35k

5x5 80kg. 176lbs

B press 2x5 30k WU
6x3 + 1 rep @ 77.5 kg 170lbs


Seated lat raise. 5x5 @ 77.5kg 170lbs side pulled both at same time..

100 curls
@ 5kgs 11 lbs
arms blew up like balloons the pump was unreal I couldn't even make

As always sugazombie gr8 wrokout and your pushing some dam nice weights.
On your curls drop to 75 and add 3 lbs to your dbls. Let me know how that sets with you.

That sounds good to me , I'm off today it's rest day can't wait to get on to that ohp tomorrow.

Thank you all for the well wishes for Kai apparently he has two ruptured disks but good chances after op of getting full recovery ,
