Hey Thanks for looking J! So you think my forms ok ?, I had a couple guys last weeks said was fine then today the two guys in the background said the same , But yet when I watch other peeps vids Im not too sure lol....

I think it looked good like CS said maybe a little more arch in your lower back.

Personally I make sure my lumbar spine is extended as much as possible. Not flexed at all. Try keeping it that way all the way up...

I haven't uploaded it yet! Gonna do that when I have better reception. I'm stuck in the control room in the heart of the building, no windows and very poor reception. I wanna use wifi then it'll upload quicker. :)

Was sposed to hit 15mins hard cardio But body was completely spent after DEads...

All in all pleased with workout but that dam 1 rep on ohp is going to get it next wk!!! ;)

I'm happy with the numbers but still haven't got all the strength back that I had while on the test p, I know that's prolly normal with the less cals and also cardio will be taxing too.
Now I got 2 40 min cardio sessions per week then abs on top. I read an article today that when you cut you should take 2g of protein per lb of weight so you don't end up burning muscle through cardio and diet. It was interesting You might like to read it I will post a link now.
