disclaimer on pljay and jimmie dean and about my training please read

it was brought to my attention by pljay today that he has been getting pm s from people asking about his training techniques because of some of my posts. so I want to clarify some things. PLJay and Jimmie Dean are 100% power lifters that is all they do and care for-- they are in no way doing in body building training.
with my low back fried I am about 80% power lifter and 20% body builder.
I know my 3 lift days are over and I and planning on bench meets only and some push pulls if I can.
I do some movements and endorce these movements that are not 100% power lifting but I consider them power training. I do not want to look like a bodybuilder, sugar cane cutter,or praying mantis standing on stage in my wifes bikini bottom. but some stuff I do is for strength and size(thickness) and muscularity.
I under stand this is a power lifting board and there are some very knowledgeable and intelligent power lifters out there who blow me away in ability and power lifting knowledge.
and when i lift in the gym I do most of my training with jay and jd but sometimes I go off and do a movement for size and strength while they do other things.
I am in their group because i can offer things just as each one of us in the group can offer certain things and possess certain skills---I am a great motivator, dependable, knowledgeable spotter and have some of the basic goals they have that is why I am in their group

As I stated I know this is a power lifting board and some of my posts replys are not complete west side power and nor will they be as I am far from an expert with that training but I am reading as much as I can about that to learn it.---I do not reply on a post that I know nothing about or is a question that is 100% power lifting that I dont know the perfect power lifting answer for

usually the trainging tecniques i have given people are to those who are just coming to power training and are wanting to increase size and or strength and may not plan on competeing or may but dont know yet. These people ask a question and a lot of times get no answers or told to read something they may not under stand---they wont get the answers from a body building board as it is power/size training so i try to answer them. and sometimes I will post if I know the answer in a 100% power lifting statement.

in the future I will be more careful in my posts and replys and not do as many. if I bothered anyone with my replys i did not mean to nor am i tryng to offend any of the power lifters on this board.

hey aka,

why do you say your 3-lift training days are over? no injury is impossible to overcome. you should know by reading articles on simmons, tate, etc that this is true.

i can tell you i have blown 2 discs in my lower back and ripped my pec off. my best days are yet to come.

then again, maybe you just got smart and tired of the injuries.

i dont know if its smart or scared---when a doc says you wont walk in a 10 years it tends to make you nervice

thanks for the input bro people like you are an inspiration to come back like that is great to hear

I have had some pretty bad injuries that I have overcome, although it has taken years. I have not found a Doctor in Fl that is worth a shit, IMO. There are a couple at the a few of the universities, but you would pay a serious amount of cash for there time. It might be worth looking into.

Good luck.
