What kind of a diet would you recomend for people who want to loose weight, and have a low activity level(non-trainers)?
Ive been looking at the Atkins diet, but i don`t know if that is a kind of diating that fits adult non-triners.What do you think?

I don't recommend any diet for sedentary people.

Sitting around attempting to lose weight only makes your life worse as the rebound you'll experience is horrid.

You have to move...........there is no easy way to look good.
It's the new year, make a change.

I know two people that rarely pry there asses off the couch that have lost weight on a strict aktins diet. One that is lazy, one that has a serious lower back injury that prevents him from doing much of anything. Obviously, it would be better to include activity if it is possible. And, if they return to eating like they did they will probably gain more weight back than they lost. If they follow the atkins plan correctly, that is slowly add back carbs until their weight lose stops and keep it there they will be fine. If they cheat, or return to a *normal* diet, it will not work and is a waste of time.

Ive been bodybuilding for about three years now,and ive been through diating, but i`m curious about how to diet when you don`t have the opportunity to be in a gym or do other physical activities.Maybe you can call it "the lazy man`s dieting".Are the atkins diet the best way or are there better alternatives?
