Looking to shed my bf......
Do not eat breakfast... I go to the gym without eating..

1st: steak two hard boiled eggs
2nd: egg white and veggie sandwich on whole wheat toast
3rd: steak two hard boiled eggs
Snacks are almonds through out the day sometimes jerky to
4th: steak with salad and two hard boiled eggs I use fat free ranch as dressing....
Any advice would be great. I'm experimenting

I feel you aren't eating enough. Four meals a day is not enough to sustain me personally while lifting. I think my body would go into store mode.

Why no chicken? Why all steak?
Why so many eggs? (not that eggs are a bad thing...just looking for your rationale) Ever think of adding things like Greek yogurt, and some oats?

What kind of carbs are you taking in? Where are your calories? Protein? Fats? Carbs?

Oh, and breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Even though I train early in the morning as well, before I leave, I either throw a 1/2 cup of oats in some protein, or eat a banana or something. My body likes a little fuel.

How lean is this steak? I wouldn't soley rely on steak if i was cutting dude. Chicken, turkey and fish... maybe trimmed beef filet, buffalo or ostrich for ur red meat every now and then.

I'd add way more protein to your diet. If you do finally hit that sweet spot and start to drop weight ur gonna drop some valuable muscle unless those are big ass steaks ur eating.

I'd add in some veggies.

What's your workout routine look like?

Are you taking an aid to help burn fat? Not that you need to, just curious.

Look into some other forms of diet also. People have gotten crazy results doing CKD and IF. Do some searches on here and read up. I keep meaning to try some of them to get that last bit of fat.... CKD looks pretty awesome, i may try it this winter with all the holiday fat foods out there.

I switch up the steak with chicken, ground beef, and shrimp... Carbs are my problem.. They STICK!!! So I minimize them.. I workout five times a week I think my cardio needs to increase though.. Lucky if I do an hr a week... Little short on dough for protein. I think what I have left went bad.. I really appreciate the feed back.. Trying to get rid of this gutt

Substitute in veggies wherever you can for your starchy carbs. it made a huge difference for me, filling and tasty if prepped right. my standard meal now a days is two chicken breasts with a few cups of brocolli and cauliflower with the lowest carb red sauce i can find. i sprinkle some oregano, garlic powder and reduced parmesan on top. very tasty.

When I was low carb, I abandoned sauces altogether. In their place, spices became my friends. I have a cabinet full of dry rubs and tasty powders. Just watch the sodium on those. Tons of options tho.

Oxy is right. You need carbs. Green veggies and sweet potatoes are great carb sources.

Start tracking your exact macros. Since I have done this, I have been able to manipulate my weight to do as I'd like it to. Find that caloric sweet spot for you, then determine just how few carbs you're gonna do (and no, no carbs should not be an option. It isn't the solution.), then track the protein and fats, and eat to your values each day while keeping your training intense. Results will follow.
