Diet plan while on a cycle

Guys I need help with a diet plan. I can eat junk food all day long and yet not gain a single pound. i.e. 4-5 meals a day, each consisting of 1/4 pounder burger or fish or 5 slices of pizza with chips and a drink. That is an example and doesn’t necessarily mean I have this 24/7 :)

Anyway back to point. I want to consume about 3000 cals and 250 protein a day. I need to get this in check b4 I start my cycle.

How do u guys eat egg whites, drink it or fry it??? Never done this and hate the sound of it :(

Gotta fry em bro -- to much of a risk of food posioning from raw ones.

For every three egg whites, I like to throw in one whole egg.

Great man, thanx. Thats no prob, the thought of drink it makes me feel sick!!
 
So guys, u lot have a good mass gaining plan when on a cycle? If any1 is gonna say have 8-12 eggs in a morning, u may not reply :) thats a mission, would take me a whole day to have them :( !!

Fry the eggs, but if your metabolic rate is so fast I suggest you add some high calorie foods to your diet like all natural peanut butter and some almonds and walnuts. Also, MCT oil might be a helpful caloric factor.

Well here is something simple.

Meal 1
1 Cup of oats
8-10 eggs

Meal 2 (blend this up and drink it)
1 Cup of oats
2 scoops of protien powder
2 tablespoons of pb

Meal 3
2cans of tuna on whole wheat bread

Meal 4
half cup (raw measure) rice
8 oz chicken

Meal 5 pwo
2 scoops of whey protien
and any type of simple carbs for 50-100 grams will do

Meal 6
Cooked veggies
8 oz steak, chicken, or turkey

Meal 7
1.5 - 2 cups of cottage cheese

Very simple, but effective, at least for someone like me anyways.
 
During my cycle I will be taking Mammoth 2500 (contains MCT's as MR.X suggessted), is this any good? It has roughly 50g of protein, 150g cabs, 600+ cal per serving, gonna take this 3 times a day.

I don't know what kind of carbs those are. If theyre simple its only good to take if pwo, if theyre complex, its a good mrp.
