Guys I need help with a diet plan. I can eat junk food all day long and yet not gain a single pound. i.e. 4-5 meals a day, each consisting of 1/4 pounder burger or fish or 5 slices of pizza with chips and a drink. Anyway back to point. I want to consume about 3000 cals and 250 protein a day. I need to get this in check b4 I start my cycle.
How do u guys eat egg whites, drink it or fry it??? Never done this and hate the sound of it
