Diet help...getting serious

I was wondering if a good bro here could help another out.

171 lbs

I am terrible with my diet - meaning that I do not really know anything besides eat ALOT of meat/shakes.

I don't have any definition really but I have good muscle underneath my fat/water...I want it to show and lose as little strength/muscle as possible.

I struggle to understand the caloric percentage and more importantly, portion sizes of each "6 meal breakdown."

the supps I am currently running are:

amp02
post cycle (hopefully will get rid of excess water, est)
unleashed
whey
zinc
multi

could someone put together a daily diet to achieve my goals using:

oatmeal
chicken breasts
steak
broccoli
eggs
and supps

no one is going to be able to give you any set numbers that are going to work for you. we can only give you a start point and you will have to go from there. if cutting is what you want to do then i would try this.

2g protein, 2g carbs, .5g fat per lb of bw per day split between 6-10 meals. drink plenty of water and eat green veggies with every meal. add more carb sources. some rice cakes would make an easy addition. get a mix of simple and complex carbs not just complex. for protein while cutting nothing beats fish. orange roughy is probably the best. tuna is pretty good.

when you want to bulk i would take add .25 to the fat, 1g, to the protein, 2g, to the carbs and make beef, milk, and eggs 90% of my protein sources.
