Christ, 5% and still no lower abs...I feel for you man.. If I need to go lower than that to ever show mine I'd cry. Actualy no, I'd just get liposuction and say the hell with it.
 
ditto, I have very prominent upper abs.

No, I actually have lower abs but they are not as up to par as the top 2 rows. Bam
 
When you train abs, do you pretty much do the same things or do you switch it up? I think the tendency is to train upper abs more, so they may be more developed in your case. Do movements that involve bringing your knees to your chest and leg raises.
