im a senior in high school. this is going to be my first year wrestling.
i dont think i will b cutting weight. im pretty sure i will b trying to gain it because i will b wrestling up. i weigh about 178 and i will be wrestling 189 most likely.
should i still take creatine\glutamine\flax\and protien powder??
will this help keep my size?? with all the cardio during wrestling.
should i still try to eat 6 meals a day. and eat excessive amounts?
i was going to buy n-large for a weight gainer also.
