Damn good Natural Bulking Diet..If I must say so myself.

it's cool. you should be able to gain some size and remain lean. IMO...i would through in a moderate cheat meal every 3 or 4 days.
 
I don't like it. It relie to heavily on fructose. Many of thecarbs are too high GI, and there is not nearly enough fat for optimal gains in muscle mass. It needs alot more vegetables. There are only a handful of real meals, with an excessive use of protien suppliments.
 
Someone move this to the diet forum, so the other diet gurus will point out the rest of the flaws.

I want to start with this and increase my carb and fat intake until I reach 4,000 to 4,500 calories. I can easily add in the extra fat by swollowing a couple extra table spoons of olive oil with the pm meals. I'll try to replace one of the shakes with a whole meal. It all comes down to convenience though
