i say run that for at least 2 weeks and tell me how you feel, what has changed,, differences in bloated from am to pm etc...

A great way to raise calories is to make a salad with chicken or tuna and add olive oil as a dressing. This will add another 200 calories to every chicken breast and give you more fiber for your diet. The size of the meal is very filling, besides being delicious. Plus, the veggies contain antioxidants that help keep your skin from again. What's to lose?

Good advice...thanks man.

Well I've been on the diet for 1 week now. I had a cheat meal today...but besides that the entire week has been pretty much perfect. Spacing meals around 3-4 hours apart. Started my cycle this week too...so I am on my way. I am considering have a cheat meal once a week or once every two weeks. I think with the Test/Tren combo it might afford me to have one a week. We'll see how progress goes.

This week I am going to be switching up the turkey for some extra lean ground beef and I'm going to be switching out the veggies as well.

You may be better off with higher calories - bear in mind for sedentary men, the daily requirement is generally estimated at around 2500kcal/day. Throw in a rigorous work-out schedule and most people need close to 3000kcal to maintain, unless significantly under 200lbs.

But I don't want to maintain, I want to lose. My BMR was around 3000 cals, so I'm going for somewhere around 2000-2500 for this cut.

I know. My point wa dropping from 3000 to 2000 is a big jump. I would start at like 2600-2700 for a couple weeks and then start lowering it progressively down to 2000kcal/day.

Yeah, my first week I was around 2600 cals, and now this week I am somewhere between 24-2500...I am cutting them slowly.
