HI! =) I've been reading alot in this forum recently. And I really really want to go on a cutting diet on the first, (esp. after all the holiday junk binges!=( But all that I've read is chicken, fish, and more chicken. I've been a veggie for 20 years, and can't fathom eating meat. ( just a mental thing) I eat eggs now, and cottage cheese. But can anyone help me come up with a cutting diet for a vegetarian? I'm 5'4" close to 130-135. Not sure of my bf? I have alot of muscle, but I'd like to lean up ALOT!
